Location just off the centre of Inverness, the river and night life in Inverness. Also, close to restaurants. Reasonably spacious deluxe king room, extremely comfy beds. Hot, warm breakfasts with proper coffee: D

large ensuite bathroom, ample charging outlets, charming courtyard area
Check-in times left little flexibility for travelers!!! Shower issues with inconsistent temperatures and pressure detracted from comfort. The walk to town felt unnecessarily long, especially with luggage!!!

The room was spacious, decorated with calming creams, and equipped with a great shower. Peter was an excellent host, with a range of breakfast options, including perfectly cooked eggs and scrumptious pastries. The B&B is conveniently located just a 15 to 20-minute walk along the River Ness into the heart of Inverness.
No major complaints.

Here's what works, and what doesn't
The breakfast was fantastic! Peter's attention made a great start with a variety of delicious options. The location is lovely. Just a short walk along the river to find local eateries.
Though the room was nice, I found the water pressure in the shower inconsistent and bothersome at times. The check-in period was quite rigid, limiting flexibility for late arrivals.

This place suits me perfectly. The rooms have free wi-fi, flat-screen TVs, and electric kettles. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me return my forgotten jewellery. Highly recommend this gem! I'm coming back for a weekend.

We explored the beautiful highlands, went on a dolphin cruise, and appreciated the comfortable lodging. Peter was a fantastic host, and the breakfast was tailored perfectly for us. The outdoor space was perfect for hanging out after our adventures.
The only downside was that the walk to the city center felt a bit longer than expected, especially after a long day.

Fantastic hospitality and yummy breakfast!
Spent a night here and loved it! Peter was always around with great tips on places to eat and the scenic walks nearby. The room was bright and comfy, and the bathroom was huge! Breakfast was a treat-the variety was awesome. Just a bit far walk to town if you're tired. Plan accordingly!
